Dear mum and dad

The Life Of Jaya

this one is a tribute to the two people who sacrificed everything to make me and my sister the people we are today.

Every single morning I wake up feeling beyond blessed to have supportive and loving role models to look up to. My mum and dad are two of the most strong, amazing, caring, loving, compassionate and beautiful souls I have ever met, everything they’ve ever taught me has made me the women I am today, and exactly how I want to be as a parent. They both allowed us to grow up learning little hate, to embrace our differences and always continue to be loyal and have huge hearts for everyone around them.

My mum, moved away from everything she knew in India to start a new life with my dad in London. She sacrificed so much to raise me and my sister and every single day continues to show us strength, determination and hard work morals. She is the type of women to give up everything for her kids happiness and is everything and more that I aspire to be as a mum. She has faced a lot of adversity and still dealt with it all with a big smile on her face, never once showing my sister or me to give up or let things keep you down. She is beautiful inside and out and for that mum, you will always be my best friend and my queen.

My dad is the most AMAZING man I have ever come across. The way he looks after our whole family, my mum and my sister and his sister and dad shows me exactly how I want my husband to treat me when I’m older. Again, my dad has been through so much and still never shows me and nishi signs of weakness or defeat, instead he wakes up each day with a positive attitude, and teaches and instills in us EXACTLY, what it means to be to be strong women. He is the optimy of an amazing father and role model and wake up every day so blessed to have people like these in my life taking care of us.

This one is a tribute not just to my mum and dad but to all the amazing parents out there, especially in my family, my aunties, uncles, big sisters and cousins, grandmas, grandad and soon to be dad ( uncle ro) and my gorgeous best friends who take care of me constantly. Thankyou for keeping me sane in a world where it’s very easy to loose your head. I love you iternally❤️

Also a little shout out to my big sister who has constantly acted as my second mum at times where I didn’t know what to do and kept me from being kidnapped or dying on holiday LOL, I love you so much and can’t wait to the day where I can spoil your kids.
